¼ cup liquid honey
1 mint tea bag
4 cups coarsely chopped seeded watermelon
1 cup full-fat plain Greek yogourt
¼ cup whole fresh mint leaves

¼ cup whole fresh mint leaves
Directions
1In large heatproof bowl or jug, combine 1 cup (250 mL) boiling water, honey and tea bag. Steep 5 min. Discard tea bag. Stir mixture to dissolve honey. Set aside.
2In blender, combine watermelon, yogourt, mint leaves and tea mixture. Process on high until smooth. Pour into pop moulds and freeze 4 hr. until firm or overnight.
