1 round slice watermelon (about 1-in./2.5-cm thick, 8-in/20-cm diameter)
3 tbsp 2% Greek yogourt
1 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
1 tbsp chopped Compliments Organic Fresh Mint Leaves
1 tsp honey

Directions
1Place watermelon round on serving plate. Scrape yogourt into small re-sealable plastic bag and snip off corner. Drizzle Greek yogourt over watermelon.
2Sprinkle with feta cheese and mint. Drizzle with honey. Cut into quarters to serve.
Tips

For larger “pizza,” double the topping quantities and use 12-in. (30-cm) diameter round watermelon slice. For a sweet version, top with vanilla yogourt, flaked coconut, lime zest and raspberries.
