Directions
1Prepare kataifi following package instructions.
2In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine pistachio cream paste with tahini. Heat on high for 20-30 seconds, stirring to combine.
3Drizzle over the ice cream bar and immediately sprinkle and press pistachios overtop.
4Arrange kataifi on a plate and serve prepared ice cream bar overtop.
Tips

Spoon pistachio mixture into a small piping bag fitted with a small plain piping tip for professional lines.
