Dough Chi Ice Cream Bombe

6 slices pound cake, 1⁄4-inch thick
6 Compliments Dough'chi Bites (Chocolate Chip or Double Chocolate)
3 cups peanut butter chocolate ice cream, softened or strawberry ice cream or vanilla ice cream, divided
⅓ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp sprinkles or ¼ cup berries for garnish
6 slices pound cake, 1⁄4-inch thick
6 Compliments Dough'chi Bites (Chocolate Chip or Double Chocolate)
3 cups peanut butter chocolate ice cream, softened or strawberry ice cream or vanilla ice cream, divided
⅓ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp sprinkles or ¼ cup berries for garnish
Directions
1Spray muffin cups with vegetable oil; line with a square of plastic wrap. Spoon enough ice cream to fill halfway in a muffin cup, nestle in 1 Compliments Dough-Chi Bites, and spoon with enough ice cream to cover.
2Cut pound cake into 1/4-inch thick slices and cut into rounds to cover the top of the ice cream. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until firm, about 4 hrs.
3Unwrap bombes. In a bowl, melt ⅓ cup Compliments Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips with enough vegetable or coconut oil to drizzle overtop; garnish with sprinkles or berries.
